Molly is an experienced civil litigator in the areas of personal injury, construction litigation, products liability, business disputes, and insurance coverage. She has practiced law in the Kansas City Metropolitan area since 2003 and represents clients throughout Missouri and Kansas. In working with several national retailers and restaurants, Molly assists these unique clients with civil suits involving personal injuries, property damage, and contract disputes. In addition, she consults with these clients on their risk management policies, real estate matters, contract negotiations, and compliance with local business ordinances.
Molly has worked on numerous claims involving serious personal injuries and has a firm grasp of the damages involved in such cases. Her experience includes cases involving serious orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries to persons of all ages and evaluation of the vocational rehabilitation assessments, life care plans, and economic losses presented by claimants with these significant injuries.
Her areas of expertise also include the interpretation and analysis of the insurance coverage afforded by various insurance policies, including commercial general liability, life, disability, and supplemental health insurance. Molly also has vast experience with construction defect matters. She has represented general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in litigated matters and understands the contracts, building codes, and insurance coverage issues involved in representing these clients.
Molly serves as outside counsel for various local small businesses, including local agricultural and livestock producers, and has defended class action matters related to products liability and the TCPA.
